| Event description | Long distance (shortened) - Traboch: The competition-Center ist located beside a small lake (Trabocher-See). From this region you have a wonderful view to the mountains of "Hochschwab". Sprint distance - Donawitz: The place Donawitz is a district of Leoben. It is the second largest town in Styria (40.000). The village is located on the edge of a large steel company (voestalpine) in a long, narrow valley. Note: The well knows beer "Gösser" is brewed in Leoben-Göß. | Terrain description | Long distance (shortened) - Traboch: Disposal of a low mountain range, which runs through flat to north. Good running possibilities forest areas alternate with many small "green" areas. Many small gutters and sump strips. Some large forest roads and small paths. Sprint distance - Donawitz: The competition area is divided into a flat settlement area with many apartment blocks. Here there is a likelihood of confusion. Another part is surrounded by fences. | Training possibilities | The nearest place for training possibilities ist the region of Graz, styrian capital, about 70 km away. Organized training possibilities are not fixed now. Maybe we will organizes 1-2 small events (trainings) on thursday and friday. |
