(After this date only registrations for open classes). 27th February 2009 - 09:00 – Event Centre opening in the Gymnasium of the school EB 2, 3 of Pataias. - 10:00 – Model Event in Paredes Beach and Pataias. 28th February 2009 - 09:00 – Event Centre opening in Pataias (Arena’s event). - 11:00 – Middle Distance Race (World Raking Event / Portuguese National Cup). - 15:30 – Prize-Giving Ceremony WRE. - 19:00 – Urban Night Sprint Race in Alcobaça. 1st March 2009 - 08:30 – Event Centre opening in Pataias (Event's arena). - 09:30 – Long Distance Race (Portuguese National Cup). - 14:30 – Prize-Giving and Closing Ceremony. |
| Terrain description | Pine tree forest with few ground vegetation (easy to run) and reasonable track network. Two mainly different areas: one technical and very rich and other with some vegetation limits with less detail. |
| Training possibilities | There are a very good training possibilities because the organizer club also have training camps in the same regions of this WRE. |
