Event descriptionThis is the Original 3-Kvallars (3-Evenings) event. The races have flexible 'free' start times in the early evening, which means you can be a tourist during the day and find O flags in the evening. Format is Shortened Long, Middle, Shortened Long. Cumulative times from all 3 races give your overall result.
Terrain descriptionExact event Centre has not been finalized but it will be in the usual Nacka Reserve general area - not more than 10km from OK Ravinen's clubhut (which could be the event centre!) Essentially, runnability and visibility is generally good, with some short sharp hills, but also some flatter areas. You won't be disappointed in the terrain!
Training possibilitiesLots - just mail.
Holiday activities, nature, hiking etc.Google "Stockholm tourist" and check out the nearly 4,5 million hits. We can recommend visiting the Vasa Museum, Skansen and Gronalund (for some adrenaline kicks), The ABBA museum if you are that way inclined. Take a boat trip out into the Archepelago (or a canoe!), stroll round the old town (Gamla Stan) and see the changing of the guard at the Castle and maybe re-run some World Cup Knock Out Sprint Loops! Swim in a lake or 13, eat some fish caught in the Baltic, and much much more.
