| Event description | It is named "Three hills cup" because our city is geographically situated on three hills - Tsarevets , Trapezitca and Sveta gora. Our competition motto is "Conquer Tarnovgrad. Reach the top". Come and compete with all the runners to reach the top in Tarnovgrad. |
| Terrain description | The terreain is middle hilly and contains a lot microforms and different type of rocks.They varie from small stones to big rocks and rock fields, some of them cannot be passed.The vegetation is very variable and the runnability is not so good. It can varies from good(80%) to bad(30%). There are middle amount of tracks, which can varie from small-harder to see tracks, to big and wide roads wich cannot be missed. Water obejcts are almost missing in this kind of terrain. |
| Training possibilities | In less than 10 km around Veliko Tarnovo there are plenty of different maps which allow many trainings to be made. You can contact us if you want to organise or provide maps for any trainings before and after the competition |
| Holiday activities,nature,hiking etc. | There are very interesting places in Veliko Tarnovo which show the history of Bulgaria in the middle ages. The most popular place is hill Tsarevets where the unique show "Sound and light" is often played. |
